I am trying convert VSS repo with data file (data\g\glgwbaaa) more than 2Gb
in size.

ssphys use 'long' data type for file offsets and lengths, so after 2Gb its
became negative.

Seems it is rare case. I has only 1 such file in 16Gb repository.

I am replace long type with size_t. Patch attached.
