In rare cases the installation of X550 or X350 cards may result in
partial functionality upon install. The X-series stations may not
start and all screens remain black or freeze at "Station Stopped,
Waiting to Stop". These errors are generally due to host PC resources
that are being blocked by other functions. These errors mayhappen on
single card or dual card installs.

Cause:

There are three main identifiable causes of the above issue, listed in
order of likely occurrence.

1) IRQ conflict (or lack of open IRQ ports)

When the PC begins to initialize it will assign devices IRQs, in some
cases the PC will run out of IRQs which will prevent a terminal from
starting. Examples of devices that commonly cause IRQ conflicts are:
a.LPT1 Port
b.Serial Port
c."Intel(R) Remote PC Assist Technology - SOL (COM3)"
d."Intel Active Management Technology - SOL (COM3)"

2) Incomplete Driver Installation

The device has a yellow question mark or escalation mark next to it in
Device Manager.

3) 3rd Party software conflict
Anti-virus software sometimes prevents or modify essential system
files, which limits station connectivity.

Solutions are described in the below link document.
