Symptom:
On Windows 2008, sometimes 2 or 3 U170 devices may fail to enumerate
at re-start when there are many (nine) U170 device connected to the
host. The failure symptom is that there is no windows session
displayed on the monitors connected to these U170 devices. Another
symptom is that unplugging one of the USB cables on a single and re-
plugging it, usually enumerates all the devices.

Cause:
Some default BIOS settings needs to be changed for the U170 devices to
be enumerated properly.

Solution:
Not all BIOS have the same setting, so the instructions will vary from
BIOS to BIOS.

Set "Plug and Play OS" to Enabled.
The ACPI table is important when there are many USB devices connected
and the table should be active before boot. So set "Let BIOS build
extended ACPI device table before OS boot" to Enabled.
Some BIOS may have the "ACPI 2.0 standard", use this setting if
available. Sometimes the default setting is ACPI 1.1 (no other options)
