X300, X350 or X550 initialization issue

Sessions (or workstations) in two card installs show no or black
screens upon reboot. The second card of X300, X350 or X550 products
may not power on at start or upon restart of the host PC.

Cause:
If the installation went well and the issue is intermittent upon
restart and using a DG41RQ and the older DG31PR chipset; the most
likely issue is the driver of the chipset's onboard Realtek NIC
adapter has some compatibility issue.

Solution:
Download a compatible NIC adapter driver and install the driver on the
PC.
