RPC/literal SOAP API

I have a feeling that I missed telling everyone about the RPC/literal
endpoint that Igor's managed to put together. It's worked for some
people, but we've gotten at least one error report about it.

(and yesterday, in testing, it looks like it passes through some invalid
elements when it generates error responses, so we'll be tweeking it a
little bit more).

But for those who were having problems with the RPC/encoded version, see:
