HMI data : date and time mismatch

Dear Members of the API Team,

Due to the current issues with JSOC, I have been using VSO to download HMI data. However, I am encountering a recurring date and time mismatch with the downloaded data. I have verified this issue with other instruments, including AIA, and it persists across multiple datasets.

I would like to bring this issue to your attention and kindly request your assistance in resolving it.

did you use an API call for downloading the data from VSO? If yes which method did you use to  to access their services programmatically? WSDL?
