VSO API access

I don't know if we have many people on this list ...

... but it's looking like we're going to need to divert traffic off of NSO for a little while.

I have an alternate WSDL file that points to the SDAC ... but it should otherwise be identical to the copy running at NSO:

http://sdac.virtualsolar.org/API/sdacVSOi_literal.wsdl

(if it's not, please let me know)
