23S and 16S analysis

It's my first time with VSEARCH. I've been testing commands but they aren't giving me correct results. Can you tell me the sequence of commands to make the taxonomic attribution and consequent abundance?

I tested in this order:

--fastq_mergepairs

--fastq_filter

--fastx_uniques

--cluster_unoise

--uchime_ref

--usearch_global
