micca otu vsearch error

Hi all,

I am trying to run the following command:

micca otu -m denovo_unoise -i filtered.fasta -o denovo_unoise_otus -t 4 -c

It creates the output folder (empty) and it returns the following error:

Error: vsearch v2.7.1_linux_x86_64, 3.7GB RAM, 8 cores

Reading file filtered.fasta 100%
2254993018 nt in 15386761 seqs, min 51, max 399, avg 147

What could be the problem?

Hi

It is not possible to see from the message what the error is. It appears to have terminated after reading the filtered.fasta file.

It may be related to micca and not to vsearch.
