Kraken accounts disabled?

We at Renci having problem logging on Kraken. Are the accounts on
Kraken disabled?

At Clemson, we also had some trouble with our Kraken accounts (even the TAs). The passcodes seemed to become invalid after 2-3 days of use.

The accounts should not be disabled. Have you used the accounts
before today?

Were all of your account invalid today, or just some? I haven't seen
this behavior before, but we'd like to hear about it to see if there's
an issue. More often, someone tries the incorrect PIN several times
which will automatically lock out an account.

Hi Jim,

I can describe my own experience as an example: I activated my OTP key on Tuesday, then used it Wednesday and Thursday without any problems. However, today (Friday), the login procedure failed as though my passcode was incorrect, but I'm certain that it wasn't. I tried many times over the course of a couple of hours, but no luck.

At least 2 other folks had exactly the same experience as mine, but the passcode failure started on Thursday for one of them.
