Trying to run unres on Kraken: "request exceeds max nodes, alloc"

I am trying to submit the un-instrumented code via submit script but
encountering the above issue. Probably this means all available nodes
already allocated?

Hi Monir,

this file is a job script that should be submitted with the 'qsub command as

$ qsub submit.sh

Make sure to use/specify the right account.
