question regarding Visit and Paraview

I've been trying these out to visualize some of my data, but I cannot
figure out how to change the aspect ratio of the axes!!

Basically, I'm visualizing a really long duct, so I want to shrink the
x-axis (axial) so that everything appears in a reasonable area.
