V S Cozy AOWA - Executive Management Committee - 2015-16

Dear All,

The association management committee did not receive any fresh nominations from members till 20th August to form the new Management committee for the year 2015-16. The dissolved committee members met on 22nd August and decided to continue to operate the association office for the year 2015-16 with little modification in the organization structure to back fill the seats vacant.

Please find the attached new Executive Management Committee for this year (2015-16) along with roles of the members.

Was for core committee was our whatsap group. 

But u came out from that group in the month of May

2016. So u was not got any communication for any 

Meetings or other information. We are sorry to say

This on 2nd June 2016 core committee meeting we

Was removed from core Committee also. Sorry to say this.

Dear Mrs. Kamala Hegde,

Our what's group was never official communication for committee. Please share me a copy of the resolution being passed where it was agreed that WhatsApp group was our official communication channel.

Also note that before removing any committee member, you need to give a prior notice of minimum 10 days as per bye laws and hear the response from the committee member. This has not happened and I had mailed almost 20 days back to you that I am not getting any meeting invites and you are responding now after so long time saying sorry. This is not acceptable.

They don't want to discuss with you , I as president and 

We as a core committee members agreed to remove 

you as core committee member. Sorry this is decided in 

core committee meeting.

You cannot take decision like this without giving notice in writing to me. This is against the bye law. You don't have rights to do it.
