Deed of Declaration (DoD) as per KAOA 1972

Dear Mr Ram Mohan Vora, The Promoter of VS Developers,

Good Morning.

This is regarding an apartment by name "VS Cozy" developed by VS Developers for which you are one of the promoters who developed the apartment.

In the sale deed executed by yourself in favour of me for my flat 306 in VS Cozy, you have mentioned that, the apartment is subjected to provisions of Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act 1972 (KAOA 1972). When the apartment is subjected to KAOA 1972, the promoters must have executed and registered the Deed of Declaration (DoD) in the sub registrar office before executing the Sale Deed to home buyers like us. When I checked in the list of documents provided to me during the purchase of the property in 2009, I was not able to find the DoD document copy. Can you please send me a copy of the DoD for my records. Copying the flat owners of VS Cozy also so that everyone gets the copy of the same. Appreciate if your quick response on this.
