AFAIK, there is no one working on this.  I had hoped to spark some interest and do some work myself.  I have decided that is not a direction I can go.  I hope someone else takes up the challenge.

The issue is not just porting to VS2012.  From reports, I believe there is work to be done on current version.

I've just put a quick port to VS2012 here (because I wanted to use it):

I think it works, but I've got VS2010 installed as well, so might have missed a reference upgrade, please let me know.

No this doesn't work. I have a VS2012 only install.

And we have to adapt the MPF Project for VS2012 http://blogs.msdn.com/b/vsx/archive/2012/11/15/managed-package-framework-for-projects-mpfproj-released-for-vs-2012.aspx.

Another issue with the port is that it'll get old quick because @jmis is doing a refactoring of the current solution. 

btw. Is the refactroing branch stable?
