Dear Raunak,

One day I mentioned about a patient. I am summarizing here.

A heart patient came to Bangalore for treatment and I am coordinating logistics, consultation in BGS Global Hospital last two weeks. The patient is referred by RKM Calcutta Students Home, Belghoria.

Based on promise from an NGO, I started this initiative. But now I don’t have any hope from them. I decided to start a campaign across the cities through all my contacts for the collection of the fund. I already got very good response from different volunteers to drive the campaign. This given me confidence.

A pamphlet and income certificate of the patient are attached. I request you to circulate to your friends / colleagues to whom you feel to share.

As per recent discussion with doctor, there is major hope that the patient will be fit for heart transplantation after two months of medication. I will keep on posting the latest update of patient periodically.
