Dear All,
As you know that a heart patient referred by RKM Students’ Home came to Bangalore for treatment and we are coordinating logistics, consultation in BGS Global Hospital, Bangalore last three months.
Now based on present health condition he is very much fit for heart transplantation. He need to undergo heart transplantation immediately (within two weeks).
Thanks to you all, we have raised a little fund which is very much insignificant than what is required. At-least we need to raise the fund of 5 lacs within two weeks.
Updated pamphlet and medical certificate of the patient are attached. Please do have a look, and be a part of this compassionate endeavor, and show your benevolence with any little help you can. Also, I request you to circulate to your friends to whom you feel to share.
