1) Remembering Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías, 1954-2013: Leave Your Message on the Embassy's Book of Condolences 

To commemorate the Second Anniversary of the death of President Hugo Chávez on the 5th of March 2013, the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has created a book of condolences. People are invited to leave their own messages of good-will, their lasting memories of Hugo Chavez or jot down the ways in which the ‘Comandante’ touched their lives. You can write your message here

2) Richard Gott Gives Second Memorial Lecture In Tribute to Hugo Chávez

On February 26 the VSC was privileged to host the Second Memorial Lecture in honour of Hugo Chávez. 200 people attended at Bolivar Hall to listen to the writer, and friend of Hugo Chávez, Richard Gott, who was introduced by Her Excellency Ambassador Rocio Maneiro.
