Those of you who are working with spiking neural network implementations of VSA/HDC might be interested in this workshop: https://snufa.net/2024/

It is two half-days, online only and the proceedings will be recorded and made publicly available later if the timezone is not congenial for you. I don't have any direct experience of this workshop, I just thought it looked interesting because it aims to "bring together researchers in the fields of computational neuroscience, machine learning, and neuromorphic engineering to present their work and discuss ways of translating these findings into a better understanding of neural circuits" and it's free.
