Zero Based Index?

Hi Guys,

yesterday we had a discussion about the base of the indices in our sudoku fields.
For the 'SetFieldMessage', we want to provide an index value (over the 81 fields) aswell as a row and column. As long as we don't know if our sudoku field is one - or zero based, we can not provide this functionality. For the conversions

index -> (row, column)
(row, column) -> index

we need to know this.

Can anyone help me out?

Uf em Server hemmer bis jez mit zwei Index: row und column, mit
jewiils emene Wärtebereich vo 1-9 gschaffet.
