Why "real" CDA gets hard to read with a degree in RIMology

Thanks to François Macary from France, I now know the “legal” way to include the time of the order in CDA.  It depends upon there being an ordering veterinarian (provider “PROV”).  The time of the order is modeled as the time the ordering veterinarian participated in the referral “REF”.
