Building on a system without libuuid (-devel) package installed fails for
me. There is still some code in external/leach-uuid that uses
types/functions from md5-c or refers to headers of that lib (i.e. refers to
external/md5-c).

Attached patch fixes the build for me and grepping for MD5_CTX and md5-c
produces no further hits in the tree afterwards.
