I added an updated version of the website stuff into the files section
of the googlegroups site.
I've finished everything but the location page. This isn't done
because we're not sure what hotel they'll be staying at and what sites
they will be visiting yet. Everything else is complete however.
Please look over what I have written and make sure that it is accurate
and appropriate.
