I cannot attend tonight's VRAP meeting.

I'm sorry but I cannot go to the VRAP meeting.  I just got a call from my family and I have to help them with some things at home right after work which will take probably most of the night and so I will not be able to make it.

If the meeting is still on, could you confirm the date of the Gala so I can work w/ Odyssey Cruise on the budget.  Give them a preferred date and a couple of options.  Also, need to specify if we want DJ or Live Band.  There is a Filipino band on the cruise that sings & plays 80s pops...and some top 40s of the 90s...good music for ball room dancing and some light hip hop.  If we need more current music for the younger attendants, DJ would be the choice.
