To All,

Its 2 weeks till Nov 1 and not much has been done so this need to happen before next weeks goal. I need to assign some goals for this to be successful. I would like to have a meeting on sunday at 2pm if possible or during the week, next week.

Tyler- Finish Invitation Design by Sunday
         Contact Vu on website and try to get that up by Oct 31
         Contact CT Printing Graphics (301) 431-0025 to get estimates. Remember to mention Tr Nhan to get Discount

Bobby- Finish 2 page objectives by Sunday
           Work on Presentation for sponsors

Thanh - Work with Tr Nhan to contact potential sponsors.
            Setup  Meeting with the potential sponsors to have presentation. Before Nov 1,2008

Tr Nhan - Help Thanh get contacts with sponsors

Sam - Please help tyler and me on design of presentation
          Work on Power Point Template by Sunday

I believe if this can be done, it we will jump start our project.
