Setting up IS900 on VRPN server

I'm trying to setup a server for IS-900 on VRPN, to work with 2 trackers (wand and glasses), analog and buttons. My client is getting a constant rotation on one of the quaternions that are being read by the server. (i'm using the is-900 default server config settings) The client reads the tracker movements, but even when not moving it keeps moving in circles, with a constant increase in degrees on one of the axis. The same thing happens on both trackers (wand and glasses). 

Anyone have a clue about what could be going on?

I don't have any experience with IS-900, but that sounds like an
incorrect initialisation of something or a loose connection somewhere.
That is when I have seen such behaviour with other devices.
