Hey everyone,

I’m facing an issue where objects don’t appear on the scene canvas, even though the code seems correct. The odd part is that when I run the code via the Linux console or in Jupyter-Lab, the result opens in a new Firefox tab, but nothing is rendered. I’m working with Ubuntu 22.04 and Python (installed without using Conda).Has anyone faced a similar issue with object rendering in Ubuntu 22.04 without using Conda?

Here is a report from another forum yesterday:

I get the same behavior reported by Paul. I use Linux, Ubuntu 24.04 (the latest long-term release), and Firefox. I can see the graphs, but the animations just show a black rectangle. The webgl2 site reports that "Your browser supports WebGL2".
BUT I just tried the latest install of Google Chrome and IT DOES WORK.
So, for me, Ubuntu Linux with Chrome works, but not Ubuntu with Firefox.

Dear Bruce,

Thank you so much for your reply—indeed, it works perfectly on the Chrome web browser! I really appreciate your assistance.
