Layer Re-ordering

Hi folks,

Excuse me if this is a bit of a stupid question, but can I reorder layers within VPT? 

I have a layer that is being hidden behind another layer and cannot figure out how to move the layer behind in front of the layer - is there some sort of "send to back" function I'm missing?

not a stupid question at all.

In VPT 7 you can do this using the yellow vertical slider in the top left section (see manual for description). in VPT 6 you can´t move layers directly, but you can achieve the same by copy-pasting layers.
