Windows 7 and dmx

i use windows 7 and need to trigger vpt via dmx
For a current Christmas project

I have a dilemma:

The dmx module is not working in windows
And my Mac laptop only has 10.3.9

I don't want to abandon the vpt portion of the
Project but don't have much time

Any ideas?

I guess you could find some intermediary that could convert dmx to
midi or osc? I can´t promise a windows update soon, but I will let you
know when this happens.

I have found a software package "lightjams" which can do many things,
one of which might help me. My lights to music software outputs DMX
and DMX is not currently working in windows 7 VPT.

I can send DMX from my software into lightjams which in turn can
convert to OSC. The lightjams support people told me that the
conversion happens internal inside the computer program and that it
doesn't physically output OSC through a dongle or adapter, but rather
it is available in the software.

Would it be possible for VPT to find that OSC in lightjams and in turn
could I then use it to trigger events in VPT?
