How to import vídeos?

Hi really nice improvements on VPT 7!
I can't get to open my files at all :-(
No images nor video, it doesn't let me open/upload anything. Could someone explain how to do this? Must be very simple but I can't get it. I've been trying with it for 30'.

Put your media files in the vpt7/defaultproject/video folder then run vpt. It should appear in the list of sources when you click on a qt media slot.
