VPT8 low resolution output with saved project

Hello

I'm evaluation VPT 8 for usage in live shows. Sorry if my questions are simple for you but I can't solve self, nor by searching the other posts in this forum, nor by try & error.

System: Windows 10, i7 CPU, 32GB RAM, NVidia GForce 2060 with OpenGL 4.6; Dual Monitor display, Monitor 1 ( 1680x1050px) Monitor 2 ( 1980x1080 px)

Issue: VPT8 renders with very low resolution all sources, both preview and output video.
Steps:
- simple project , two video sources, two presets, each source same full HD 1980x1080 px resolution, each set to "F" (full resolution) and "T"

- source 1 assigned preset to preset 1, MP4 video,  full HD 1980x1080 px resolution

- 2 to 2, still image PNG , full HD 1980x1080 px size
- at startup both presets renders in both preview and output window with low resolution

If I reload the same footage in the source window (reload the same file for source 1, then for source 2 reload same footage used before), rendering changes to the right resolution

re-saving each preset, exit VPT 8, restart VPT 8, same problem again.

The console output is attached. Interesting, the VPT detects the first monitor with 1680x1050px resolution and not the second one (1980x1080) where VPT is showing up!

Any ideas how to fix?

I will try to have a look one of the next days, as I am going to use VPT again myself for the first time in a long while.

I remember the annoyance with the footage first appearing in low resolution but thought there was a workaround for that.

I will be testing both on windows 10 and mac.
