Black screen with VPT 8 Video Trigger

VPT 8 works without problem on my Win 10 machine but the VPT 8 Video Trigger cannot show the picture from the camera (camera light is on and Win 10 reports that this software is using the camera) but it just shows black screen and cannot detect with any zone (out of 6 zones).

I have tried 2 cameras but problem still exists. Anyone can help? Thanks!!
