Can't drag and drop any .mov videos into the sources

I can't seem to drag and drop any .mov files (or folders for that matter) into a source menu. The demo projects video folder is ok though. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Version of vpt? Win or Mac? You can't drag movies, you have to drag folders with movies/images.
