  I am in on 18th and/or 19th....

  I spoke to Ahalya... she too is in town. I guess we will need a longer meeting. How about all of us making time for this one on the weekend of 25th 26th...
  Let us set aside sometime and get this done...
  Sometime back I had suggested that we do a longer meeting to plan out for the year 2014-15 (begining apr). Sri, we did this last year at my place.

  I can host it this time too...

Hi Venky -- 
I am travelling to Chennai the weekend of 25th / 26th.  I suggest let us start it on the weekend of 18th, and continue with available participants on 25th / 26th.  We've gone for almost a month now without meeting, and understand the time around new year is usually similar.  However, - let us kick start and keep going.  

Agree on the planning for this year.  Exactly why I started this trail. Main purpose is to plan the whole year, have the floor open for volunteers to choose their new roles.  Once that is done, we can always then look at next events, planning, etc.

   agreed... I am fine with 18th meeting. Can we have it for a longer duration... say 3+ hours...
   sunday 19th too, I am ok...

   If needed, can we also continue it on the weekend of 1st and 2nd Feb? 2nd is better, coz Viv/ebby too can make it in the afternoon.
