We are less than a week away from the event. We need to make sure the event is enjoyable for everyone, so lets continue working on the task lists and please do look at the updates from our meeting today at ujwall ground. I have modified some of the task lists

Hello all

Just resending the task lists. Please make sure everything is progressing properly. We are in the final stretch now, lets go for it, VPL has been called as "one of the best organized tournaments" by one of last years participants. Lets live up to these high expectations.

We will have our conference call this thursday to make sure we are on track
