Last week Viv and I met with Aarti Mohan who is a founding member of Sattva (http://www.sattva.co.in/)
This is a larger organization that is focusing on sustainable living.
One part of the organization is their online publication which is “The Alternative” (http://thealternative.in/)
They had published our press release for the Dream Mile.
Looks like our goals are common and we can definitely help each other.
Short Term: From a publicity perspective this is where they can help us:
- Publish the press release on VPL on the Alternative.
o Kshitij, can you send me the latest press release and I will send that to her.
- Publish an article on Vibha. For this she would like to talk to a few volunteers
o The main thing that they are trying to do is focus on the organization and also on the volunteers so other people can get inspired from the volunteers to also volunteer.
§ Aarti lives in Rohan Vasantha, so Kshitij you might be a good option.
§ Others, please let me know if you are okay if she calls you up to talk and I will give her your numbers
Long Term: They can help us with projects and guidance and also publishing stuff
- They can take our VibhaScope and pull in articles into their publications
- They can also provide guidance and counselling in business and organization
- They can also help showcase the CSR stuff to their reach
Let me know. I have already delayed this, so would like to move forward
Cheers
Ebby
