Well the Shamiana and chairs etc are costing very less than I thought.

The PA system though is the killer- Can we have an alternate people ??

The BlowHorn or whatever? What did we use last time ? Because with the PA system comes the additional headache of Electricity/Generator....

Hi,

   2 for Registration+certs+tees
   1 for Vibha
   2 for Nissan
   1 for Vinay's booth
   atleast 2 for keeping fruits, biscuits

   that makes it 8

   Last year most of the chairs were used by teams to sit. Maybe 15 were for booths.
   Even if we say 3 teams are waiting = 30 chairs
   Vols = 15
   Nissan = 2
   Vinay = 1

   So let us make chairs at 50 instead.

   So is 8 tables and 50 chairs ok?

regards,
venky
