Hi all,

   fantastic first weekend guys....

   here are some notes for the next weekend...

   1> Bananas - 70 Kgs (based on what we bought last weekend and there was not wastage) - Rajesh

   2> Biscuits - Get one more carton(14 packs) and that will suffice. We have about 4 (10s) pack from the last weekend. - Rajesh

   3> Birla White Cement - I have already bought a packet and will deliver this to Viv

   4> Pens - We need pens that write :-). I have bought this and will deliver to Viv

   5> Viv, we need one more Event banner with all the logos with the corner eyes. We had promised this to all our sponsors

   6> Arena Director is going to be present next weekend - he has shown interest in Vibha's Life in Stills. - Niteen, Kedar

        We can try to get them as a Title sponsor (give x number of seats free for their students).

   7> Receipts. Niteen, please collect it from me and handle it for both the days. Get more receipts from Jeydev. - Niteen

   8> Breakfast and Lunch - Rajesh, I checked with Viji and she may be busy. Hence see if you can rope in Ujwal school boys. We can give them a ride to and from the Old Airport road junction.

   9> Certificate of Appreciation to all sponsors -

Hello All

Looks like some big shot doctor from NH might be attending the prize distribution on Sunday. We must try to get as many people as possible to attend the Prize Distribution. Also, I understand that Director of Arena will be present right?

Should we also invite the principal of  Ujwal?
