Hello All

Please find attached the schedule for VPL 2013 and the rules doc. Tejasvi has meticulously made sure that all teams' scheduling requirements have been met. Thanks Tejasvi for working so hard on your vacation.

Please note that based on the cost and effort required to prepare the pitch at Ujwal, we have decided to conduct all matches at Yemlur. However, we will still take no registration fee from the Ujwall team as promised

Rudra, Sneha and Gunjan : please make sure this information is sent to all the teams, additionally

Please ask the teams to make sure their scheduling requirements are met
Please apologize for HAL. We had acquired confirmation from HAL for the ground but HAL cancelled at the last minute and we could not find an appropriate ground in time
Please ask the teams to make sure they arrive at the reporting time mentioned in the attachment. If they are late by 10 minutes, WE WILL GIVE A WALKOVER
Please ask players to bring water bottles. We will be providing water but would like to reduce the use of plastic cups and bottles (say that we are going green)

Some feedback:

- The rules, talk about 11 players each,

o but the innings comes to an end after the 9^th wicket (rule 13).

o You ask for 10 players as the playing 10 to be there…

These inconsistencies should be fixed

On the Match Schedule.

Can you put a flow chart on how many league matches each team plays and what would their path be to the Final

Thanks ebby for catching this.
I have made the required change to the rules document to say that there will be 11 players per side. Please check if any other changes are required.

I dont think I have any software on my linux machine to make a flowchart, would anyone else be able to do that?
