Cricket Kits - Pledge Drive

Hello,

  I have some 20 to 25 Reebok Cricket kits autographed by Dhoni with MRP of Rs 2999. I was thinking, if we can convince teams to donate an additional Rs 2000 or 1500 (Rs 100 per person) we can give them a cricket kit to the team free. 

  My cost for the bag is about Rs 700 but I can subsidise the cost to Rs 350. If we can get 10 teams out 24 to donate this will be an additional revenue of Rs 11500 to Rs 16500 to Vibha. This is just my proposal. Any other ideas to use the cricket kits for donation are welcome.

  Also, lets start thinking about how to create Vibha Awareness. A Vibha booth is a must with tent.

Sure, sounds good. We were planning to sell some 25 of our printed T-shirts for Rs 250 each. We could put a vibha booth and have the T-shirts and the kits for sale. Is everyone OK with this?
Venky and Kedar, do we have place in the Shamiana to put a Vibha booth? I was thinking of also asking Vinay (T-shirt guy) to set up a table and chair and promote his business.

Additionally, we have some teams that would be waiting for about 3 hours between matches. Should we get a snack and juice counter also? we probably cannot charge anything because I dont think we can guarantee business

    Kedar and I will send out our typical shamiana plan which will include vibha sponsors' booths etc. And now kit and tees counter.

   food counter may not work. I am talking to a new place call Bancharan/Satis (food place) just round the corner from the ground. Hope it clicks.
