Final Task List for VPL 2013

Hello All

Congratulations on a great event completed. According to my estimate we have raised around 1.00lakh from this event. Considering the unexpected low sponsorships and the expense of the T-shirts, I think this is a great success. However, we still need to tie up the loose ends. So here is what I hope will be the final task list for VPL 2013

Sneha

Make sure areticle is sent to Jagran (article from Kshitij)

Ahalya

Make sure article is sent to radio mirchi (get article from Kshitij)

Sricharan and Arun

Upload pics and Chuka app results to Facebook page and website

Akhil

Make sure we get money from Hyundai and give them thank you certificates and T-shirt (T-shirt with Kshitij)

Give BYCA the thank you certificate, letter of support and T-shirt

Send soft copies of banner, poster, certificate to Kshitij for archiving

Rajesh and Sujith

Upload photos

I have uploaded Day 1, 2 and 3 Pics.... Some left... I have uploaded on G+ and Sri has acess to it....

Day 4 Pics are with Sujith...!!!

We did an excellent job. Next time tho we do the event only if we have 6 volunteers at all times on the ground else it's not worth it.

Excellent job done with the limited number of resources. Fabulous n proud to hv been part of it.

we need to better create a roaster and give the duration of volunteer ship reqired for the event days...
