A loosely translated quote from the article author: "The book suggests
a new way for structuring the dialogue when developing an IS. There
are five dimensions, five small words; Values , Policies,Event,
Content and Trust. Together they form a thinking model; VPEC-T. And as
you can see Technology is not included among the five. It might look
trivial at first – but I promise you – after 30 pages you really see
the benefits".
