Shipmates,
I have uncovered the SECNAVINST of Nov 1966 that authorizes the eligibility of
VP4 Aircrew/Other Personnel for the AFEM for the Taiwan & the QuemoyMatsu
operating areas!!
More details to follow on how you will justly obtain this AFEM, perhaps two
Awards for those of you serving during 1958-1960.
I have just had full knee replacement and need to keep my right knee elevated to
avoid blood clots. Also, I am contacting the Idiots in Bupers, St. Louis Awards
Division, to minimize the paperwork for all of us.
