Plz ensure that you take the approval of the guide for the title of the report before you start the project assignment, and then followed by requisite approvals at all levels, failing which the guides have the discretion of out rightly rejecting your reports.

The dates for your project assignments are as mentioned below:
Date by which you need get you title & synopsis approved from your guide: 17th April' 14
Date by which you need get your project completed: 17th May' 14
Last date of submission (signed & approved by the guide): 20th May' 14
Last date of submission (signed & approved by the guide): 20th May' 14
Type of binding to be done: Hard bound with white cover (Plz do not use the black cover with golden/ silver letters on it)
All these dates are adhoc in nature, in case of any changes we will inform you as & when required.

It has been brought to my notice that none of the guides (including me) have received any form of information from their students in-terms of Project title or the Synopsis (last date was 17th April).
Plz note that the guides have the authority to reject the reports if not done as per the guidelines & their supervision. Plz do not crib later if your report gets rejected & not been sent to the university on time (which will be sent only if the guides approve & sign the report).
YOUR REPORT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
THE MESSAGE IS CLEAR & TRANSPARENT AS ALL THE GUIDES ARE ALSO MARKED ON THIS MAIL.
Rashmi, Radhika, Udit, plz ensure this message reaches the respective google groups as some of the students have complained of non receipt of the earlier mails.
