Project "vHome" still alive or dead?

Is the project "Voyager Home Screen" developed further? Or is the
project dead? I have a feeling that at least this platform is quite
dead here.

Hi,

I found a - what seems to me - current version of vHome here: [1] (version 3.78). That's the good news.

I own a Samsung i8910 Omnia HD phone, and the installer doesn't complain about the certificate. Also good news. However, then - proceeding  with the installation the phone first says "This software is not compatible with your phone. Continue anyway?" (I choose Yes), and after a while the phone complains with "Aktualisierungsfehler" (this is German for something like "Failed to update" or so).

Any idea what could be wrong? I even tried installation FAQ here [2], but without any more success.
