I was Playing around with this and decided/found a few things things that could be improved/fixed (in no particular order):

  1. With density, if you change it to negative; after the first step it disappears, unless it is separate in which case it will just float there with no velocity, unless it touches some other part, causing it to squiggle until the simulation diverges. (Hows that for a sentence?) (Btw, don't take out negative gravity, just be upside down gravity please)
  2. Editing of the temperature change plot with some defaults (Square approximation, Triangle, ect.)
  3. Charges (Monopole, Dipole) Magnetic and static
  4. Single Time-Step forward button
  5. Changing the Palette material's different properties during Sandbox (at least on Reset)
  6. Color based on Momentum or potential energy (relative to the ground)
  7. View option Rounded
  8. Remember file location based on file type (Palette, Model, ect.)
  9. Option to disable re-enabling 3D View every time you edit Voxels
  10. Option to input Young's modulus and Shear modulus manually
  11. Duplicate palette material button
  12. Plugin Support/Programmable special behavior?
  13. Maximum Voxel velocity doesn't have numbers
  14. More mouse-over descriptions
  15. ^ reminds me, Program settings/Options
  16. View color for a couple properties sometimes spasms out
  17. Option to kill the 98 look
  18. Trace graph window instead of a sometimes difficult to spot tab

Others to be added as I find/read them

I know that some of these might be hard computationaly or programicaly(codaly?)

I love this program that I just discovered today.

Oops, just found the ideas box ... and that you can't edit posts. Should I delete and repost there?

(If no editing own posts was disabled on purpose then disregard, then tell me (I have no idea how often you check this), but I'm probably spamming your inbox)

If you are the owner of the group then do the following:

You need to go to Manage → Permission → Moderation permission. There change the Edit other's post and Own Post. Save.

If you are not the owner, ask the owner to enable edits by following the steps above.
