How voxcad  calculate potential energy? I mean what kind of equations does it use ?

It's the elastic stain energy in the lattice. For instance, the axial component of strain in a beam element results in potential energy of 0.5kx^2 (spring potential energy equation), with k calculated according to material properties and beam element size. Energies are summed likewise for shear, twisting, etc.
