Got VoxCad to build on Linux Mint 16 (required packages listed)

All,
Just wanted to share that I have successfully build VoxCad on Linux Mint 16 - Cinnamon. In addition to Jon's instructions from the other thread, I had to install the following packages:
qt4-dev-tools
qt4-default
qt4-qtconfig
qt4-opengl-dev
libqwt-dev
There may be more packages I installed prior to attempting VoxCad, so that's not an exhaustive list.
