They purposefully left out certain "objects" from strongholds so that fleet would not become a ghost town. This is one of those "objects." You have to go to fleet to do/get certain things. This is one of them.

Not saying I agree with the decision, but I do understand it. Furthermore it is not just THAT vendor. All quest terminals, and quest NPCs, and crew skill trainers, and various other vendors are only available on fleet. So there are lots of reasons to go to fleet. And much like "running errands" in the real world, many players will go to fleet with many "stops" in mind. So it will take longer than 60 seconds to get everything done

My response and the probable thought process is: give an inch they'll take a mile. Call it a Slippery Slope argument if you want because it is just that, but knowing MMO communities, Slippery Slope arguments generally prove true.

Maybe. In some of the early GSH screen shots there was a pvp/pve quest terminal shown in someones house. It may be that they decided to pull this to keep people on fleet, or it could be that this is something they will add later on.

One of the biggest problems in MMOs is having old areas turn into ghost towns because no one feels the need or desire to be there. EA/BW is trying to avoid that dynamic by encouraging players to return to worlds with the Conquest system and to continue to use areas by having certain "features" only available in those areas.

I agree. If you look at it from Bioware's point of view, when a new player is experiencing the game for the first time, you don't want them to "finally" get to Fleet and have it be empty. The busyness of fleet is one of the things that reminds a new player that they're playing an MMO.

I also understand this. My main crafters go back to fleet to get their white materials (and perhaps train) and that's about it. However with the "Return to Fleet" option, I find it isn't THAT painful. Just two zone load screens.

So after taking over the barn of late trainer and mentor Mike Mitchell in 2014, the man who stepped away from the courtroom to live among the backstretch dirt has landed his first Derby shot with a bay colt named Stronghold.

It was my love for rugby that first drew me into the gym environment as a student studying Sports Coaching in Cardiff. After a long time making errors in the gym, I learned the importance of proper technique and an eye for detail.

I am passionate about movement and helping others experience life through fitness, ensuring that people move efficiently and train sustainably. I believe that by improving our strength, fitness and overall health markers, we create a freedom that allows us to see the world through a lens of possibility, opening the door to try new things and set goals that we previously would have thought impossible. Which is one of many reasons why I love being a coach, and I feel privileged to be a part of The Stronghold Coaching Team.

I get huge satisfaction from helping clients achieve their goals while they (hopefully) enjoy the process. My favourite within work life is to see someone happier, more confident and energised than when I first met them (cheesy AF but true).

I have learned what works for me, through many years of trial and error with various training programs and nutrition approaches. My experience as an Army Team leader, parent, and everyday person just like you with the same struggle and frustration, has enabled me to identify the correct training formula relative to you as an individual.

Having completed both my BSc and MSc in strength and conditioning, together with numerous other qualifications, I have developed a strong passion for physical health and the desire to share this with others.

My training and experience has instilled in me the value of a holistic approach, encompassing happiness, movement, diet and quiet time. My own sporting background is equally holistic, ranging from climbing and callisthenics to obstacle course races and ultramarathons!

A training session with me starts by focusing on mobility and making sure your body moves properly, I focus on resistance training and other researched backed methods to help you achieve a variety of different goals.

I have and continue to work with a range of clients from those with weight management goals, through juniors looking to develop for specific sports performance, to clients looking to rehabilitate from injury.
