Chris,

I'm glad you found the code stable enough to merge into the master
branch.

I've push my lastest stable code to github and sent a pull request.

- Fixed most of the bugs in the issue tracker.
- Logging is working - may require some tweaks
- cleaned the code up some.
- slowly getting source_text issues resolved.
- CLI options should function as expected.
